Chief is a bob tailed orange tabby. Chief stole Dr. Rose’s heart about a year ago and he and his friend Scout became clinic cats. Chief is independent and is not a lover of people. However, Chief loves kittens and Scout. If Chief were a tree he would be a fir.
Princess is a Maine Coon. Princess has long, beautiful hair and she is a lovely lady. Princess loves people and you will often find her asleep on the reception desk. If Princess were a tree she would be a beautiful Japanese maple.
Muffin likes men. If a woman comes into the clinic Muffin will ignore her. However, if a man comes in, Muffin is immediately enamored and in his lap. Muffin is fun and opinionated. You can often find her napping on top of (or in) our folders. If Muffin were a tree she would be a cottonwood.
Eduardo is not only cross eyed but hes also bob tailed. He has the most beautiful blue eyes known to cat. We should have named him Frank Sinatra. Eduardo is shy and loving. As you can tell, when Eduardo wants to nap Eduardo naps, regardless of where he may be. If Eduardo were a tree he would be a spruce.
Corky is one of a kind. She is grey and she is a low rider. Corky moves slowly and deliberately. Corky loves Harvey and he loves her. If Corky were a tree, well, Corky is more like a tree stump.
Honey Badger is a wonderful, stoic man cat. Honey Badger enjoys two things, sleeping and eating. He does not care what others think of him, which is very refreshing. If he were a tree, he would be a scruffy cedar.
LB and Zeffa belong to Dr. Rose’s son, Tyler Rose. Tyler is in medical school so we are temporarily cat sitting. You can frequently see Zeffa in the chair in the reception area of the clinic or riding around on someone’s shoulders. If LB and Zeffa were trees, they would be maples.
Scout is Chief’s friend and came to us with Chief. Scout is the clinic cat who is the least social with people. Scout has a wonderfully unique gait and she is quite beautiful, although no one ever gets to see her. If Scout were a tree she would be a birch.
Ellie is our three legged cat. Ellie is the boss around here. She is very loving and gets along perfectly with three legs. Ellie and Honey Badger are good pals and can be found sleeping on the exam table in the back when not searching for treats. If Ellie were a tree, she would be a dogwood in bloom.
Snoopy is not a cat. Snoopy is a parrot. Did you know parrots live to be eighty years old? Did you know Snoopy can’t eat chocolate or avocados? Snoopy loves to eat people food. When choosing food for Snoopy, we bring him breakfast burritos, sandwiches with mayonnaise and hamburgers. Snoopy is well fed. Snoopy gets along well with our cats as the cats respect his beak. Snoopy bites, but he won’t fly off his cage to bite you. He can, however, fly (but don't tell him that!).
Treat time is everyones favorite here at the clinic!
