Appointment Policy

All surgery and grooming appointments need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Since your cat will be sedated for his/her procedure, it is important that he/she does not have any food after 10 p.m. the night before surgery. Patients need to be dropped off, in their carrier, between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. the day of their surgery.

We have appointments Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If your cat needs booster shots or a toe nail trim feel free to swing by the office, no appointment necessary, where one of our vet techs would be pleased to take care of you. If you are unsure if your cat needs an appointment with Dr. Rose contact our front desk at (479) 631-6661.

All cancellations should be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur causing this request to be impossible, but for the sake of our other patients, calling as soon as possible is appreciated.

Patient Arrival Policy

All cats should be in a pet taxi for their protection. Some cats will be upset when riding in the car and may jump out when the car door is opened. Other cats may be aggressive towards their owners or their feline companions. Some cats may become car sick and the mess is better confined to the carrier than in the car. We are here to assist you traveling from the car to the clinic. If your cat becomes aggressive, please let the front desk know and one of our staff will be happy to assist you.
